Omaha Fares operates in one of the most commoditised online spaces for transport booking. Price comparison sites dominate. Established brands have years of remarketing lists, reviews, and SEO authority. A new entrant needs more than ads. They need a system.

When they came to LeftCliQ, the situation was stark: less than 500 monthly visitors, a conversion rate below 1.5%, and around 20 leads per month. The underlying problem wasn’t traffic or budget it was that there was no conversion architecture. Visitors were arriving and leaving with nothing to hold them, nothing to convince them, and no mechanism to bring them back.

The goal was ambitious: build an integrated growth engine that could handle significant ad spend efficiently, convert a higher proportion of that traffic, and build a customer base that kept coming back all within six months.

Custom Web Architecture

The existing site was built for information, not conversion. We rebuilt the booking experience with a mobile-first, fast-loading platform designed around a single goal: getting a user from landing to confirmed booking in under 60 seconds. Page speed, form design, trust signal placement, and CTA hierarchy were all rebuilt from first principles not templates. Every element was tested against booking completion rate.

Conversion rate lifted from below 1.5% to 6.8% average a 4.5x improvement that made every ad dollar immediately more efficient.

Full-Funnel Ad Management

We managed both Google and Meta Ads simultaneously not as independent campaigns but as a coordinated funnel. Google Search captured high-intent “ready to book” queries. Meta Ads handled top-of-funnel awareness and retargeting. Every dollar was tracked through to confirmed booking. Budget allocation shifted weekly based on actual CPL data not assumptions. Total managed spend scaled to $65,000 while maintaining a consistent ROI window.

SEO & Organic Foundation

Paid traffic is expensive and stops the moment you stop spending. We built a parallel organic strategy technical SEO, keyword architecture for high-intent booking and route queries, and content targeting transport-related searches. Within six months, profitable keywords moved from nowhere to Pages 1–3, generating a growing stream of zero-cost bookings that reduced paid dependency over time.

Organic traffic became a meaningful secondary channel reducing total CAC and creating resilience against ad cost increases.

CRM Automation & Retention

Transport customers are high-frequency repeat buyers if they trust the brand. We built CRM automation to follow up with confirmed bookers, deliver post-journey check-ins, and trigger remarketing sequences timed to likely re-booking windows. This system converted one-time customers into loyal repeat bookers without requiring additional ad spend per repeat booking.
